I'm going on about all this because the big news today is that the Police are reuniting for the Grammys, which take place on February 11. This is a big deal because, as my sis could tell ya all about, they all hated each other when the Police dissolved in 1984. The biggest drama took place between Sting and Stuart Copeland, who probably fought over whose frostilocks looked better. Men! Word has it that this Grammy reunion will kick off some type of world tour... I'm sure my big sis will be there. L, if you are, pick up a new shirt... on me! I definitely owe you one. .

When he takes his horn outside, everyone in the entire community is annoyed, so Ollie retreats to the country, into the middle of an open field. Soon cows gather around him. The farmer claims the playing will sour their milk so Ollie must move on. He walks to the shore where he and his horn get into a boat and row far out to sea. When he gets out among the rocks, he discovers that the bell buoy is not where it should be, and the fog is rolling in. So once again Ollie begins bellowing out his tune and saves a cruise ship from hitting the rocks. The young hero is given a medal and a scholarship to a music school "that is so far from our town that nobody will be disturbed anymore." This title was originally published in 1950, and Yaccarino's new illustrations retain the look of that era. The colors are uniform and flat throughout, and Ollie wears a navy suit with short pants and a bow tie.

Slowly, as the Chicago Blackhawks continue to improve, the fans are coming back to cheer on the Original Six club. Wednesday night's 5-2 victory over the Nashville Predators drew a crowd of 20,511- the first sellout of the season at the United Center. The win was Chicago's fourth in a row. "There's confidence in the locker-room, no matter who's in the lineup," Nikolai Khabibulin told the Chicago Tribune as the 'Hawks played without injured star winger Martin Havlat. "In a game like tonight we didn't play our best game but we made the big plays when we really needed it. As soon as they scored a goal we got one right back, they scored another one, we got it right back. The guys are playing with a lot of confidence." Chicago took another hit though, as defenceman James Wisniewski injured a knee in a fight and will be out for four to six weeks.
